The Eye of Horus

This morning we had two rare visitors to the backyard. Ye gods of Egypt, this is one time I really really really wish I had an SLR.

Very nice. :D I used to see peregrins & redtails before I moved into town. And a bald eagle once... I HATE living in town...

I have since found out that these are American Kestrels, which is a type of falcon, just not a peregrine.
