Pepper Spray Cop

After the pepper spraying event at UC Davis, Pepper Spray Cop has been appearing lately in classic paintings. Lest we forget, he made his first appearance back during the Bush administration. Of course, back then all he did was stand around with his homeys on iconic street corners looking menacing, but it was enough to scare the bejesus out of Democrats who feared Glorious Leader was only days away from ushering in a police state.

Who could have knowed it would be President Hopen Change who would hold the door open for the jackbooted thugs.
