You must write. You must finish what you write. You must refrain from rewriting, except to editorial order. You must put the work on the market. You must keep the work on the market until it is sold.
Don't you have any plans of writing Dragonlance again? Its been quite a while since we have heard about your journeys through Krynn.
Maybe a more concrete question: Do you have to wait for a contract from Wizards of the Coast to be allowed to write a Dragonlance novel, or do you simply write a short outline for a novel and send it in to Wizards?
Hope to hear more from you in the Dragonlance world soon, as I like your DL novels. (Might you not write a novel in the new Champions series?)
