Mr. Conspiracy wonders, what is this lack of potency of which they speak? Perhaps it is the lack of a massive epidemic, which was supposed to be delivered via the vaccine. They're wondering what went wrong, why aren't more innoculated people dying, why is the most dangerous epidemic evah winding down just when flu season is shifting into high gear?
